Please note dinghies (and cats) must be removed following the End of Season Trophy Race this Sunday 16th October unless winter racing forms and payment have been received by this Friday 14th. Due to the demand for space for 2012 those which have not been removed or paid for the winter series may not be allocated a space for 2012. So please remove your boats.
Winter Racing
Dont forget to submit your Winter entry form and payment to be received latest this Friday. Any entries after this date will be at £60.00.
Working Party
we have a work party on sunday 23rd october start at 9am, lots of painting of the changing rooms etc, come with old clothes and those who have a few tools please bring them, the more people the easier it is for all of us. Would be really nice to see some new faces so don’t be shy!
Prize giving:
Calling all TBYC members, join us on Saturday 12th November and celebrate a fantastic year of sailing at the club at 7.30pm.
Tickets cost £12 for adults and £10 for cadets. Beat the rush & get yours from Kylie or the bar this weekend.
Christmas Party
With Christmas fast approaching now is the time to get your tables and tickets booked for the TBYC Christmas Bash.
On Saturday December 10th 2011, tickets cost £25 per person which includes all food and a drink on arrival. Drinks from 6.30-7.00pm with meal sit down at 7.30pm. Dress: smart casual.
This year we have a fantastic band from Burnham called ‘Sorted’ playing all the old favourites and mixing it up with a lot of new songs too.

Hi all, A huge thank you to all Feva parents and friends who organised the dinner last night. I was completly surprised and honered !!!

The catering was excellent as was the drinking Hic!!!

A record attendance of 74 boats with RS Feva sailors have been travelling from far and wide to the event.
A big ‘thank you’ to everyone who has travelled to Chew Valley Lake SC, especially those representing the dozen sailing clubs located over 100 miles away (as the crow flies!), including 5 boats from Burnham-on-Crouch in Essex.

A big thank you to those who turned up early this morning to scrub the slipway and then antifouled it making it safe for the rest of us to use. fantastic weather made the tough job a very enjoyable time.
For those of you that missed out, don’t worry we have a work party this month with lots to do around the club so make sure you are there.
