Sunday Carvery – This And Every Sunday
Why not book our Sunday Carvery, every week we have a choice of 2 roasts and if you don’t fancy a Carvery we will have a few specials on the board to choose from or perhaps you’d like just a light snack.
Our Carvery is price as follows: Main course – £8.00, Two Courses – £10.00 and Three Courses – £12.50. Children’s portions are available at £4.50 for a main and £6.00 for two courses. All available between 12:00 and 2:30pm.
Breakfasts and baguettes are available from 11:30am and a limited menu until 3pm.
If sailing is early there will be breakfast available, normally from 2 hours prior to the race starting, which includes our breakfast’s baps at £2.50 each.

Prize-giving Fish & Chip Supper – Saturday, 17 November 2012
Forgotten to buy a ticket for the fish and chip prize-giving supper?

Around 90 have paid for fish and chips and an order placed with the fish & chip shop.

However we can fit in a few more but you must now let us know by Wednesday evening (14 November 2012)

For Sale – Sandhopper no. 34 – Jubilee
Built 1977. White with blue lower hull.
Fully equipped with 2 suits of Lonton & Gray sails, anchor, paddle, boat hook, depth sounder, etc.

Sandhopper and Cruiser Lift Out
On Saturday afternoon the Sandhoppers are being lifted out of the water and into the dinghy park. On Sunday some Cruisers are being lifted out of the water and into the dinghy park.
Members are asked to avoid the dinghy park on both Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Whilst boats are being moved the dinghy park will be closed to all but essential personnel.

Prize-Giving Fish & Chip Supper – 7.00 pm Saturday 17 November 2012
Come and celebrate a good year’s racing at the prize-giving fish and chip supper on 17 November 2012.

Fish and chips arrive at 7.00 pm and the prize-giving will take place later. But you need to buy a ticket by 11 November 2012 so that we know how many fish and chip orders to place.
–
There’s a prize for all helms/crews who were in first, second or third place in any series or Trophy Race in the 2012 main season, including the TOPS series – that’s around 100 people to pick up a prize acknowledging their racing successes.

This Weekend Kitchen Hours And Sunday Carvary
The Kitchen will be open from 10am for breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday this weekend, and we will be offering a Sunday Carvary until 3.30pm to accomodate the lunch time sailing.
Plus, after such a good response to our Sunday Carvary, we have decided to make this a regular thing, starting from this Sunday 4th November carvary will now take place every week there after.

Cadets Fireworks Party
We are pleased to announce there will be a few added extras to the normal menu this Thursday Evening 1st November.
As its “The cadet night fireworks display” we hope you’ll all get wrapped up and come join in the fun where we will be serving, Hotdogs in buns for £2.00, wee cones of French fries for £1.50 and hot yummy tomato soup in a cup with some chunky bread for only £1.00 to heat your cockles up while watching the beautiful display from the balcony.
