Alan Wilson is a cruising yachtsman from Tollesbury, who has given us various sailing talks over the past few years and this year we have asked him to give us his talk on “Heavy Weather Sailing”. We have also asked Alan to combine sections of his talk on man overboard “Where’s He Gone”. This should be an interesting and thought provoking evening.
Tuesday 28th February 2017 @ 8pm for 8.30pm start
All members and friends welcome

David will be doing another of his very popular talks and demonstrations on things Epoxy on Wednesday 22nd February at TBYC Main bar starting at 8pm.
If you have any fibreglass / epoxy work to do on your boat this year now is your chance to pick up some tips and to ask the expert!
Davids talks and demos are not only instructive but very entertaining as well so don’t miss out and come along and enjoy a beer or 2 while being entertained.

Note for club racing: the Sprint 15’s will be racing the same course as club racing which starts at 11:00, this will probably involve a special mark and will be documented on the Race Hut Blackboard. Everybody will be finished at the same time, however Sprint 15’s will then go on to race 2 more races back to back.

of everyone who uses Club premises and facilities are of paramount importance.
Parents and carers are reminded of the Parents Charter, a copy of which may be downloaded here:
http://www.tbyc.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/Child-Protection-Parent-Charter.pdf
The charter points out that parents/carers always take the ultimate responsibility for their child/children and any other child left in their care. It is the sole responsibility of the parents to supervise their children whenever they are on the Club premises, surrounding areas and using the Club facilities.
