Pico race this Saturday and Sunday

Proposed meeting in dinghy park:
at 16:00 on Sunday
at 17:00 on Saturday
Short dry practice – optional

Briefing on the beach:

Race start:

Two races (about 10 minutes each)
Free sailing
De-brief and prize giving in the dinghy park after washing the boats.
Short dry practice:
Revision of previous sessions:

New topics:
demonstration of tacking – how to swap hands on the tiller extension – without mainsheet
Race course:
Saturday: gate course with close hauled one way and broad reach the other way
Sunday: trapezoid course (similar to triangular): upwind start (beating), broad reach – run – broad reach, and again, two laps, finish line at broad reach.
