Saturday 12th November 2011 at 7.30pm.

Menu:

Butcher’s Cumberland Sausages and Mash in a rich onion gravy with peas.

Followed by:

Profiteroles in a warm chocolate sauce.

Tickets cost £12 for adults and £10 for cadets.

All tickets must be booked and paid for by November 5th.

No bookings will be taken after this date.

With Christmas fast approaching now is the time to get your tables and tickets booked for the TBYC Christmas Bash.

On Saturday December 10^th 2011, tickets cost £25 per person which includes all food and a drink on arrival.  Drinks from 6.30-7.00pm with meal sit down at 7.30pm. Dress: smart casual.

This year we have a fantastic band from Burnham called ‘Sorted’ playing all the old favourites and mixing it up with a lot of new songs too.

The Laughing Factory comedy night will be showcasing 3 experienced comedians, Ashley Frieze, Tom Roche and Del Strain. Anyone of these guys could be the next Russell Kane or Billy Connelly. See them first here at TBYC.

Tickets cost £10 per person and there are a limited number still available.

Gary will be opening the kitchen between 5.30pm – 7.30pm and the show will start around 8.15pm. Be sure to arrive early to get a good seat.

With the TBYC Regatta only two weekends away there is still time to pre-purchase your regatta party tickets from behind the bar.

At a bargain price of £6 for adults and £4 for children with music from James Christian this is one party not to be missed.

Pre-order your wine and get 10% discount

As you may be aware, we have a new and extended wine list,

chosen by the members and priced at the same level as last year.

Due to the size of the new list we do not stock a large amount of each wine, but re-order on a regular basis.

Therefore, to avoid disappointment on the evening of the

Summer Ball, and to get 10% discount, we have introduced a wine pre order system, that allows you to select the wines of your choice from our new wine list prior to the event.

The pre order forms are available from the bar, these must be completed and paid for no later than Monday 30^th May 2011, to ensure that you get the 10% discount

If you do not complete the pre order form, wines will still be available to purchase on the evening of the Ball, at full price, but the selection may be limited, due to overwhelming demand on the night.

Hi Everyone

The annual TBYC Summer Ball is fast approaching on June 4th and I am looking for some willing and budding volunteers to help set up the balcony awning, matting and tables on the evening of June 3rd (Friday). Also if anyone is available for a hour or so during the day of June 4th to help move the dance floor carpet and tables about that would be fantastic.

All help greatly received and appreciated!

For one day only the main bar and balcony will be closed on June 4th for the ball. The Commodores bar will be open and Gary will be open with a limited menu during that day.

If anyone is available to help on either Friday or Saturday please can you let me know.
