I have left a couple of vices (drinking and smoking? ha!) on the bench in boatyard for anyone to use. They came from my college. There are quite a lot more if anyone wants one let me know.

Its time for the fireworks to begin on the water with the start of the 2010 Winter Series….

Wine tasting returns to TBYC on November 20th from 7pm onwards

Try 12 different wines from around the world, all complimented by a buffet of cheeses, cured meats, olives etc from Jo.

On behalf of Bob Crane and myself a big thank you to Peter Thompson and Steve Hopper for their invaluable help between 00:15 and 04:00 last Saturday bringing some of the Cruisers as well as the committee boat onto the shore ready for the cranes to lift out. As well as being hard work it was a joy to work with them both. I personally learnt from Peter how valuable a stern line can be as well as receiving a  fantastic fully clothed swimming lesson.
