Specials for Friday being served from 12 till 3 then 5.30 till 8.30. Book to avoid disappointment.

• Baked skate wing with a creamy mushroom & shallot sauce served with parmentier potatoes and samphire
• Poached chicken breast stuffed with spinach & pancetta served with fondant potato, buttered green beans and a light gravy
• Whole Dressed crab salad

We are sorry to have to let you know that the club kitchen is closed today, Wednesday 19th June.  There will be no lunchtime service.  The kitchen open again on Thursday.

Dear Members and Staff,

I am pleased to announce on behalf of the Commodore, myself and the committee that after many weeks interviewing and searching for a permanent Chef, tomorrow, “Fish Friday” will see the introduction of our new Chef James Johnson.

He comes to us with an impressive CV for his young age and is enthusiastic, lively, full of great ideas for food and is looking forward to the challenge of taking on the role of Head Chef and Kitchen Manager as well as serving us all great food.

I trust we can all show him a warm welcome and great support in the coming months for what we feel will be an ongoing venture.

Chef James will be in to serve Lunch and Evening service and in order for a smooth transition he will be accompanied by the outgoing agency chef, Chef Mark who’s “Fish Fridays” have made a great impact.

So please show your support this Friday the 7^th June 2019 by coming and saying Hi to Chef James and a fond goodbye to Chef Mark.

They and I look forward to seeing you all.

Hi Folks’,  Whilst we are finalising the arrangement for permanent catering, we are maintaining full service with the appointment of relief chefs.

This week we have Chef Gary and he has put on an exciting Menu with tweaked and reasonable prices! Please support the club catering during this time.
