The club is holding the annual Bart’s Bash Race in memory of Andrew “Bart” Simpson MBE on the 11th September
You can find the NOR here. This will tell you how to donate to the Andrew Simpson Foundation and join in the global race. It also explains how this will work.
It’s a very worthy cause and hope to have a good TBYC sign up and turn out!

Henry Petty-Mayor has sent the following You Tube links to some footage of the Cadet Racing last week.
Take a look! It’s very good to see how well you’re pointing and the effect of “dirty air” from the boat in front. There’s some very nice sailing going on from our Cadets!

The TBYC Endeavour Trophy – Saturday afternoon – 14th August

We have 5 teams who have accepted the challenge this year to compete for the “best of the best” in a one day 4 race series.
The competitors are:
Defenders: Peter Thompson and Mark Dell
Sprint – Chris Tillyer and Steve Healy
Finn – Lawrence Crispin and Allen Burrell
Hurricane – Paul Palmer and Alex Farrall
Cadet – TBC after Cadet Week
The Cadet Entry will be the overall winners of the race group at this week’s Cadet Week.
