All those who applied for above we now have your Winter storage stickers please collect from me over this weekend when I will be around during sailing times. For those of you storing Picos i would ask that you attend the club either between 1030hrs – 1400hrs on saturday or Sunday immediately after racing finishes to assist putting on the racks as I intend to sail first on sunday weather permitting! Those of you not staying for the winter it is important your boats are removed this weekend. Those with miscellaneous sailing equipment in the dinghy park i.e parts of windsurfers etc are asked to remove from the racks as these are to be used and anything you no longer wish to use please dispose of rather than leave lying in the dinghy park for somebody else to dispose of. There is no room for trailers to be left in the dinghy park unless they have there respective boat on them which has paid winter storage.
Regards Adrian.

Winter 2019-20 Prize giving has not been forgotten and will be recognised when we are able to gather for a celebration at the club. The Cadet Whalley cup for 2019 is also yet to be awarded. This seasons Prize giving again will be arranged when we can celebrate as a group at the club. Nothing has been forgotten and I’m sure we would all like if possible to celebrate together even if it does mean waiting that bit longer.

This Sunday we plan to hold the inaugural running of the McKinlay Cup – named in recognition of one of our senior members and trustee of the club -Ann McKinlay.
It will be the first of the 2 races to be held on Sunday. The 2nd being a points race only. Both will count to series points.
We hope there will be a good turn out to honour this event and Ann.

Same start time as advertised 1030hrs but due to popular demand a Trophy Race around the cans will now be sailed. This will not be a long distance race or Pursuit race due to light wind forecast. The Trophy race is stand alone ,will be the only race sailed and will not count towards any points races.
Please don’t forget the Club B-B-Q afterwards.

It is our intention to run the Shoreline Trophy on Sunday. Start time as publicised. The course will be on the white board outside of the Race Hut. Please pay attention to the mark roundings in the text – not necessarily the diagram.
On Monday will will hopefully run the 2 Sunday Points races.
This is all wind and weather permitting and may change at short notice.
