Easter Sunday Carvery
Easter Sunday will be a Carvery of Roast Chicken Breast wrapped in Pancetta, Roast Beef, Leg of Lamb and Leg of Pork.
Poached Salmon and Stuffed Peppers will also be on offer.
For Dessert,
I have made a baked Chocolate dessert topped with mini eggs! a Homemade Tarte Tatin, there are Churros, Ice cream, cheese and biscuits as well as NAGA CHILLI ice-cream (careful it’s hot!!!!)
