To Start
PATE
A smooth blend of ducks liver and armangnac pate topped with sweet onion marmalade and served with melba toast – £3.50
SMOKED SALMON
Slices of silky Scotch smoked salmon with black pepper and chive creme fraiche – £4.00
BRIE
Wedges of French brie, bread crumbed and fried until crisp on the outside and oozing on the inside. Cranberry sauce accompanies – £4.00
MUSHROOM CANNELONNI
Pasta tubes filled with a creamy mix of oyster and button mushrooms, onion,garlic and oregano, topped with mozarella and baked £4.50
MAINS
LIVER AND BACON
Beautiful tender strips of simply seasoned calves liver in a rich gravy of onions and smoked bacon. all sat on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes and petit pois – £10
FILLET
Cooked to your liking, 7ozs of silky fillet steak served on chunkey wedge style fries and accompanied by fried garlic oyster mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and petit pois – £15.50
SEABASS
Fillet of seabass, simply fried until a heavenly seasoned skin is crispy, served with plump jacket potato filled with sour cream and chives, petit pois and brocolli – £12.50
LASAGNE
Everyone loves this Italian herbed classic, minced beef ragu and cheese bechamel between sheets of lasagne, salad and garkic bread accompany £7.50
CHICKEN AND PANCETTA
Supreme of chicken baked with a pancetta coat, smothered by a creamy herb and garlic sauce. Jacket potato, petit pois and brocolli join in. – £9.50
