Slow roasted shoulder of lamb, rosemary and sea salt roast potatoes,
redcurrant jelly, summer vegetables and Rioja gravy

Baked ham, warm new potato and chive salad, summer vegetables and wholegrain mustard and parsley sauce

Butlers’ hot smoked salmon, with rice, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce
