White onion soup with blue cheese croutons

Smoked ham hock terrine with toast and crab apple jelly

Butler’s smoked mackerel salad with olives and cucumber chutney
Main courses

Roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, horseradish sauce and Shiraz gravy

Baked gammon with Cumberland sauce and sweet potato crisps

Served with sea salted roast potatoes and a selection of spring vegetables

Pan fried cod, asparagus, new potatoes and free range egg mayonnaise

Mushroom, spinach and Ricotta cheese lasagne
