Christmas Is Coming!

Happy 1st of December everyone. As the countdown begins we are pleased to announce that throughout this month we will be offering a Christmas fayre starting from Tuesday 4th.

There is a choice of 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts, menu as follows:

Starters: Cream of parsnip soup served with chunky bread or pâté on toast with salad and caramelised onion chutney.

Mains: Turkey, walnut and cranberry pie or poached salmon with prawn and parsley sauce, both served with a choice of mash, new potatoes or chips and seasonal veg.

Desserts: Our award winning homemade Christmas pudding or mint chocolate fountain.

2 courses for £8.50 or 3 courses for £10.50.

We hope you can all come down and try our wonderful offer, the decorations are up and ready to get you into the Christmas spirit.

Sunday Carvery

Hi everyone,

Just a quick reminder that our Sunday carvery is back on as normal this week, offering our usual 1 course for £8.00, 2 courses for £10.00 or 3 courses for £12.50. Christmas Dinner Dance : 8th December 2012 – last few tickets…

There are only a few tickets left for our Christmas Dinner Dance!
As tomorrow (24th November) is the last day for members priority bookings, if you still require tickets for this event, please contact me as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!  After this date, it will be possible for members to invite non-member guests to join them at this event.
All bookings with menu choices must be made with payment by 1st December 2012 (booking form attached).
Entertainment will be provided by Steve Jolley and the Ely Sisters with catering by Butlers.
Drinks on arrival at 6.30pm, sit down 7.30pm, carriages at 1am.
Dress code : Smart as you like

This Sunday’s Kitchen Opening Hours

Hi Everyone,

We are sorry to advise you all, but there will be no carvery this week as the annual AGM meeting is being held @ 3pm in the club, which means we will only be serving our normal menu, turkey roast and other dishes that you can choose from off the blackboard until 1:30pm, to give time for people to eat and also the staff time to clear the bar area. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we hope to see you next week when the carvery will be back on as normal. We still have the booking service in place for Sunday’s for anyone who would like to book in advance, please call me on07714789276.

Sunday Carvery – This And Every Sunday

Why not book our Sunday Carvery, every week we have a choice of 2 roasts and if you don’t fancy a Carvery we will have a few specials on the board to choose from or perhaps you’d like just a light snack.

Our Carvery is price as follows: Main course – £8.00, Two Courses – £10.00 and Three Courses – £12.50. Children’s portions are available at £4.50 for a main and £6.00 for two courses. All available between 12:00 and 2:30pm.

Breakfasts and baguettes are available from 11:30am and a limited menu until 3pm.

If sailing is early there will be breakfast available, normally from 2 hours prior to the race starting, which includes our breakfast’s baps at £2.50 each.
