Dear Sailors,
Further to my email dated 24 August, concerning details of Winter Racing and storage, I would like to remind you that the deadline for payment on 9th September has now passed.
As per my email, all late payers will now be subject to a late payment fee of £20 per boat. This should be added to your preferred method of payment – either bank transfer or payment at the bar. Payment should be made immediately and any payments not received by Sunday 18th September may not be accepted for a space. Boats not sailed for 3 years may also not be accepted.
If you have not requested a space or have not been accepted for a space, please ensure that your boat is removed from the dinghy park before Saturday 15th October when the lift out will commence. Access to the dinghy park will not be allowed whilst lift out is in process.
Please feel free to contact me or the office as soon as possible if you have any questions regarding this policy.
Kind Regards,
Howard Warrington
Rear Commodore

Following the sad passing of our friend Graham Dare, the club now requires a Results Officer.
Ideally suited to someone perhaps retired or working from home?
Role: To collect or have emailed the weekend’s results and input into HalSail Results system. This is a cloud based system and you will have a login which you can access remotely. Ensure timely uploading of results. The system does all the calculations for you but a degree of accuracy entering the times is needed.
You would sit on the Sailing Committee but this is not essential if you didn’t wish to do so.
Please email [email protected] if you are interested to help?
Thank you
Howard

It is with deep sadness that we learn of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth ll.
Both our Club flag and the Ensign have been lowered to half mast and will remain lowered as a mark of respect to our longest serving and much loved Monarch until the morning after Her Majesty’s funeral.
Rest In Peace Your Majesty.
God Save The King.
