    The forcast is for lightish offshore winds at the moment so should be flat water and the cold just bareable. Dont fall in though unless you are seeking sympathy on Valentines day for forgetting those flowers.
    Spare a thought for the residents of Yakutsk in Russia (a city with over 200,000 permanent inhabitants). Forcast to drop to minus 47 deg C. over the w/e. And thats normal for them.
